Eoin Callan, Executive Director

Eoin is responsible for executive leadership and management of the fund and works closely with investment partners and stakeholders to achieve the fund's objectives. A graduate of the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management's Board Education Program for Long-Horizon Investment Institutions, he was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan, and served on the investment committee of the $70-billion fund. Eoin was the Economics Correspondent for the Financial Times in Washington, DC and has appeared as a guest analyst on the BBC, CBC, NBC, CNBC and Fox News.

Li Jiang, Impact Fellow

Li was a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, where she was responsible for auditing mergers and acquisitions and producing financial reports on behalf companies listed in Hong Kong and the US, such as Apple and the Coco-Cola Company. Li went on to work as a Financial Analyst specializing in supporting pre-IPO companies, producing stock valuations, conducting due diligence, coordinating with dealers, and training management teams for public listings.

Li attended Shanghai University and the University of Technology in Sydney and has an MBA with a specialization in social finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Li conducts due diligence for the fund and is responsible for impact assessments.

Alex Hutton, Analyst

Alex is experienced in investment and industry trend analysis, and has held account management and analyst roles with responsibility for debt and equity portfolios. Alex takes and active role in the due diligence process and works closely with founders to access the right form of capital at the right time. Alex is a graduate of Queen's University, and is an MBA candidate at the Smith School of Business.
